Jane Doe was indicted on several charges that involved sexual misconduct with her children. As the result of a negotiated agreement she pled guilty to a charge of lewd and lascivious acts committed towards a child. Imposition of her sentence was suspended for four years pursuant to a number of conditions. The State of Alaska brought this sentence appeal. We conclude that the trial Judge erred in not imposing a period of incarceration.
